A Special Invitation.

Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars: She hath killed her beasts; she hath mingled her wine; she hath also furnished her table. She hath sent forth her maidens: she crieth upon the highest places of the city, Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither: as for him that wanteth understanding, she saith to him, Come, eat of my bread, and drink of the wine which I have mingled. (Proverbs 9:1-5)

Let’s think for a minute. What is the most expensive house you’ve visited? I thought I had seen it all when I visited a home valued at almost $500,000 in Virginia Beach. We had visited a friend of the family, and I was impressed at the size of their house. Last night, I was impressed by God to look at the most expensive house in the United States.

I searched for such a house through YouTube. That expensive house is located in Los Angeles. It is valued at $295 million, with 49 toilets and other amenities. Honestly, I was not impressed with some of its features, but it had an impressive view of the city with its location. This unique home was placed on a mountaintop. Inside the house, you can appreciate outstanding features, such as swimming pools and an outdoor kitchen. It had a vast office suite along with a bowling alley and other exciting features.

The House Of Wisdom

Now that we have looked at this house valued at $295 million, let’s look at another house -the House of Wisdom. This house is unique. It is designed with seven pillars. Some theologians have different interpretations of the pillars, but I believe those pillars represent us. Wisdom is given by God as a gift to us so that we can bring much-needed answers to a lost and dying world. There are essential features to consider when looking at its seven pillars. They represent the seven pillars of influence of a civilization.

Defining the seven pillars–

  • Government
  • Family
  • Business
  • Media
  • Education
  • Religion
  • Arts and Entertainment

Releasing Wisdom And Understanding.

In these seven pillars, you will find your true calling. The House of Wisdom cost more than $295 million. It was purchased with the blood of Christ. He died and rose again. He lives inside of us and is the genius that abides within. As we identify with Christ, he reveals to us our true calling. He fills us with his wisdom to influence our society at hand.

As we enter this house of wisdom, we learn to die to self. The beast represents our flesh that has been put to death. He is giving you and me a special invitation to come inside, eat my bread, and drink my wine. Not only does he provide us with wisdom, but he adds understanding for guidance and direction through the elements of communion

Wisdom is waiting.

If you are a believer, I want to challenge you to visit the house of wisdom. It is your house, and the Lord has given you the keys to its doors. (Matt 16:19) In Biblical times, A key was different to what we see in our society. The owner of the key to a castle in the Old Testament had authority. He would carry it on his shoulder due to its weight and size. Jesus has the keys to the kingdom (Isa 9:6), and the beauty of it all is that he has delegated the authority to us. (Luke 10:19) The word power is translated from the Greek word Exousia which means Authority.

Today, take your keys to the house of wisdom and enjoy its benefits. At its right hand, you have a long life (Health), and at its left hand-riches and honor. (Prov 3:13-16) So, take some time to visit your house of wisdom, which is the most valuable house there is. Take out the communion elements. Repent of any sins you may have. Declare that you love righteousness and hate iniquity. That confession is putting to death your flesh. Ask him to reveal where your calling lies. Here is a little prayer you can pray before the communion elements–

Father, I have come to the house of wisdom. Forgive me for any sins that I may have committed. Thank you, Lord, that you have given me the mind of Christ. Thank you that I love righteousness and hate iniquity. I am a pillar in your house of wisdom. I am receiving revelation of my calling as a pillar.

I take the wine and bread declaring that I have all wisdom and guidance. I am your sheep, and I hear your voice. Thank you for divine connections and correction. Thank you for ordering my steps and showing me your will for my life. I have a genius who lives inside of me, and I thank you for your presence-In Jesus name! Amen.
