Step into the God dimension.

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. ( I John 1:5)

I want you to think about these three words–God is light! As we explore the depths of this, it is my prayer that the Bible will open a new world of revelation to you. Many of us have experienced on one time or another, frustrations in the prayer realm. (Including yours truly). We come across the path of a well-meaning person saying hang on. It will come in the Lord’s timing-Meanwhile, we wind up having our circumstances get worse in health and our finances. Sometimes losing our car or house because of lacking behind in our payments. What’s wrong?

Learning about faith is simple, yet hard to apply to our lives. The first step to getting your prayers answered is to know God’s will for your life. This is where mind renewal comes in. Scripture says that when we renew our minds, we will get to know God’s perfect will for our lives. (Rom 12:2) Second, we need to understand the dimension in which God dwells. He dwells in the kingdom of light.

Light

The speed of light is 186,000 miles per second. Scientist believe that in such a dimension, time would stop. An object moving at the speed of light cannot be seen. I believe that God and his kingdom are moving at the speed of light. The reason that we cannot see God is that he is moving at the speed of light.

In our dimension when we pray, we are ruled by time. There is a time and season for everything. This is where mind renewal comes in. When you meditate on the answer and see it in the inner being as done-Change will come. Once you know God’s will for your life and you see yourself in victory, it will be manifested. Being in a state of expectancy during the wait is essential.

Think of a waiting room in a car mechanic shop. If you have a good car mechanic, you are resting on the fact that the car will be fixed. It may take some hours or even days, but you are expecting results. Expectancy is the key.

Too many Christian get lazy while they wait. Some will stray away and give up on their prayers, but you got to be expecting a breakthrough. God is not in a hurry. Remember, he sees the end from the beginning. There is no time in his kingdom. Expecting a breakthrough during the wait can help you walk in victory.

God’s thoughts.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. (Isa 55:8)

We need to have God’s thoughts. Many will justify their lack of receiving by the above verse, but upon the preceding verse (verse 7) , it says–Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts. God’s promises are yay and amen. We can take God’s thoughts and make them our own. Scripture says we have the mind of Christ. (1Cor 2:16).

When you have the mind of Christ, you identified with his death, burial and resurrection. You take his identity. You are not unrighteous but you are the righteousness of God in Christ. You can think God’s thoughts.

An example was with Jesus and the five loaves and fishes. His faith got him into the God dimension where time stopped. Noticed he gave thanks. Scripture says that let every request be made with thanksgiving. (Phil 4:6) He saw it done. As he operated in that dimension, the five loaves and fishes were multiplied. (Matt 14:18-20)

We had a similar experience in our church. We had a potluck and my wife didn’t think it was enough for the crowd. After the potluck was over, everyone was filled to the full. God managed to multiply the food. Brethren, God wants us to walk in the supernatural. Spend some time praying in tongues. Unravel the mysteries and watch how God can use you for his glory.
