Amigo(a), acepte a Cristo hoy.

The Sinner’s prayer

Neighbor, life is but a vapor. When you die and come face- to- face to God, what will you do? Will you say that you have done good works and helped others? The word says our righteousness is as filthy rags. (Isa 64:6) Not that there is nothing wrong with good works. We should all do good works and help our fellow man, but that will not get you into heaven. Jesus came to earth to die in your place so you can have eternal life. Accepting Jesus is easy. Just invite him into your heart and watch how he can replace your sorrow with joy. (Ephesians 2:8-9, John 14:6)

There is a heaven to gain and a hell to shun. Friend, you don’t want to go to hell. There will not be any partying but darkness and gnashing of teeth. (Matt 8:12) I encourage you to choose life. Taste and see that the Lord is good. (PS 34:8) I will not promise you a life of ease and living problem-free, but this I promise you, if you are teachable and allow us to teach you the word, you will get the answers to all your problems and walk in victory. So, choose life today and start a new beginning.

Prayer to accept Jesus

Dear Lord, I am a sinner. Forgive me for my sins. Come into my heart and make me a new creation. Your death, burial, and resurrection have now become mine. I accept you as Lord. I believe God has raised you from the dead, and I am saved! Thank you, Jesus, for saving me. I am born again, and I will serve you for the rest of my life!

If you have prayed this prayer, please let us know. Go to the contact section and fill out the contact form on this blog so that we can rejoice and teach you how to live in victory. Welcome to the family, and remember that -YOU HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST!

No pierdas tu gozo—Parte 1

Don’t lose your joy—Part 1

Disappointed with your prayer life? You are not alone. Many are so frustrated at the lack of answered prayers. Many may say—“Pastor Caleb, it has gotten worse! Then, they fall into unbelief, false doctrines, religion and the concept that God is sovereign. (Yes, he is sovereign, but he respects the human will) Soon, they blame God for all their troubles and think that God is trying to teach them something. They fail to reason that they have fallen into religious deception and the devil is behind all their troubles. (John 10:10)

There is nothing new under the sun. Beloved, the book of Hebrews shows us that the church had allowed revelation knowledge to slip (Hebrews 2:1-3) The word Salvation comes from the Greek word Soteria which mean salvation of the body (Healing), Protection, deliverance and finances. In order to better understand this, in Middle Eastern times, a rejection of a gift could mean an act of war. When you depart or refuse to believe God’s promises in your life, you become his enemy. You have rejected the full gift of salvation. If you carefully study the Old Testament, the Jewish people refused to believe God’s promise of the land of milk and honey.

Many will reason that the land of milk and honey is symbolic of heaven, but it is not. There were giants in the land. Heaven is not filled with giants. They were entering into other folks labors and enjoying all that the land had to offer. The land, itself, vomited the inhabitants because of their idolatry and sins. (Lev 18:25) They were going to enjoy heaven on earth which was against their religious tradition and reasonings. (Deut 11:21) Brethren, just because you are enjoying God’s best and are not going thru does not mean that you are out of God’s will. God wants you to enjoy your salvation.

Just as nature has it’s seasons, so do we. It is when we are enjoying God’s best that we need to train ourselves for the next test, trial or temptation. It is not a time to slack off but to seek God more and more, so that he can prepare you and show you things to come. Summing it up, when things go from bad to worse, it is time to ramp up your praise. It is time to stay rooted and not let the devil steal the word that is inside your spirt. You are closer than you think for your breakthrough. So, don’t let go of the word nor lose your praise.

Christian corner news

Greetings. Here is the first of our newsletter block. The Christian corner ministry has plans to move ahead with the Lord’s help. I will be doing some video recording from youtube as well as Facebook live. The Lord has called me to a teaching ministry and I want to share some insights from the word that will help unlock your prayers. These are the last days and the body of Christ needs to draw more and more closer to the Lord as never before.

I am going to be actively writing posts in Spanish and English. God wants his people to walk in the miracles, signs and wonders. Jesus is coming soon! Man your battle stations and prepare. Together, we will fulfill our destiny and walk in victory. Watch for more posts soon. God bless.

About Myself.

My name is Pastor Caleb A Santos. I pastor a church ministry called the Christian Corner community church. I would like to share a little about my testimony and the ministry. I was born in the Bronx, New York City, NY in 1956. I lived in the city for 13 years before my father moved us to Puerto Rico. The streets were rough and I was starting to hang out with a gang. Thank God, that my father moved us from that dangerous atmosphere. Spending 8 years in Puerto Rico, I gave my life to the Lord at about 16 years old by praying the sinner’s prayer from a Gideon’s bible, but that did not last long.

Soon, I started to stray away. I dabbled in Latin Music (Salsa), got involved with some Santeria and the world. Frustrated with the job search in Puerto Rico, I joined the US Navy. It was around that time during my tour duty that I met my lovely wife Terry. I credit God with putting my wife in my path to help slow down the path of destruction I was headed to. Afterwards, I rededicated my life to the Lord as well as leading my wife to Jesus. I was serving God and wanted to go all out into ministry, but God showed me that I had to grow in my walk with him.

After leaving the Navy after 4 years, I went thru some difficult times. I was working at times, 2 or 3 jobs just to support my family. After a period of time, I started to think that my lot in life was to work. Church was fine, but I limited myself to going on Sundays. Soon, the demands of my job was taking me away from church and I started to stray away. I knew I was called to ministry, but I had to work to maintain my family. Ministry took a back seat. Little did I know what the Lord had in store for me. On January 1988, while driving a taxi cab, I got shot in the arm and narrowly missed getting shot in the head. At that time, I realize life was a vapor and I could have died without fulfilling my ministry. It was at that time that I surrendered my life completely, again, to the Lord.

After serving the Lord in the church, first as an Elder and then a Pastor for about twenty years, God called me to form the Christian corner community church. It started as a Spanish outreach (El Rincon Cristiano) and blossomed into the Christian corner ministry. God led us to work with Pastor Steve Johnson, who is our Pastor and overseer. Life is good and we managed to grow and get new partners. Perhaps you would like to partner with us? Please pray about considering yoking yourself with us to help us reach others with the good news. God bless and remember–You Have The Mind of Christ.
